Velo Law understands that immediate payment in full is not always an option. If you wish to propose a payment plan or make a lump sum settlement offer, please complete a Monthly Financial Statement and mail it to our office to propose a payment plan.

If you believe you do not owe the debt, please submit a dispute through our Contact form  so that your account may be reviewed.

If you have received a document titled “Summons”, a lawsuit has been filed against you. Attached to the Summons is another document called a “Complaint”. Although our office cannot provide you with legal advice regarding the lawsuit, if you accept liability, please contact our office to make arrangements to satisfy the debt.

If you would like to propose a payment plan, complete a Monthly Financial Statement form and return it to our office for review.

It can take up to 48 hours for the online web portal to reflect a payment.

If you would like to propose automatic payments from your bank account, complete a Recurring Billing Authorization form and return it to our office for review. Please allow at least 10 days for your proposed first auto pay date.

If you would like our office to discuss your account with another person, complete an Authorization to Release Information and return it to our office with a copy of your state issued ID.
