If you enjoy working with people, interacting with technology systems, and maintaining organized research and notes, this may be an ideal position for you. Primary responsibilities include contacting consumers to secure payments, negotiating terms and solutions to satisfy account balances, investigating location and employment resources, receiving inbound consumer calls, guiding consumers regarding account payments and inquiries, and following up with process servers to ensure timely service.

Legal Assistants assist with the operational workflow and support attorneys in a variety of tasks. Duties may include preparing files for suit and other judicial pleadings and requests, following up with courts and other third parties regarding submission and filing statuses, and assisting attorneys with all states of the litigation and collection process.
